At Outstations we believe in our products and we back this with a returns policy which reflects this.

If you are unhappy with your purchase you can return any portion of it in its original condition for a full refund of the value of the products within 14 days of delivery.

If you have a faulty item we will not only refund you the value of the goods but will also send you a free replacement.

Simply contact our service team on 02 9335 1333 and we’ll provide you with an authorization number for the return to ensure your refund is processed efficiently. Your delivery note should quote your authorisation number.

Then contact our preferred freight partner (?????) on (?????) to arrange a pickup. If you quote account number (??????) we will pay all the freight costs of the return. Unfortunately we cant be responsible for freight costs through other carriers.
