How do I log in?
If you are an existing customer you can enter your userid and password on the Login page. If you have forgotten these you can refer to the email we sent you when you first created the account. Or you can use the “forgot password” link on the page and we’ll send you the details to your email address.

 

How do I place an order?
Its very simple. If you are an existing customer you can enter your log in details on the home page and you’ll go straight to the catalogue and can start shopping. If you are a new customer, enter your email address and select “create a new account”. We’ll collect some details to speed up the order process then you will be directed to the catalogue and can start shopping.

 

I've forgotten my ID and password
No problem. Your ID is the email address you registered with. Use the “forgot password” utility and enter the email address and we’ll send you the log in details.

 

Can I simply re-order items I have purchased before?
Very easily. On the left menu of the catalogue screen, one of the options is “items ive ordered before”. Select this and the catalogue will display your past purchases.

 

What do I do if my goods arrive damaged or are faulty?
Simply return them to us. Refer to the ‘Returns Policy” on the site for details

 

What is the product warranty?
You can be assured we take product quality seriously.

 

When will my order arrive?
This will depend on where you are. The estimated days transit can be viewed on the site under “delivery”. Be assured we partner with a reliable transport company and your order can be tracked online via a tracking number provided immediately after dispatch.

 

What is the cost of shipping?
All our orders are shipped with Ross Freight or ATM.

We have a flat fee of $10 in Australia and $20 overseas orders using Australia Post .

 

Can I buy from you if I am not a business?

Is it safe to pay by credit card?
We use SSL encryption services for all payments. No credi card Information is stored on our servers. All credit card information is sent straight to NAB payment gateway.

 

What is your privacy policy? How will my personal information be used?
The information you provide will not be passed on or sold. We simply store your details so the Outstations team can enhance the service we provide, and to make your ordering process more efficient.

How can I cancel my orders?
You can cancel your order by clicking My Account Menu once logged in and click my orders menu. Find the order that you want to cancel and click the Cancel link on the right. Note once shipped, orders can't be cancelled.
